6.1 Sheep points are off-chain engagement metrics tracked within the Platform’s database. Sheep points data is associated with your user account and is not recorded on any blockchain.

6.2 Sheep points have no monetary value, are not tokens, and are not transferable. We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or reset sheep points balances at our discretion.
